Our Shanghai team did a hardcore MMA workout for their team-building over the weekend. It was a two-hour session where they learned the foundations of fighting, like stance and how to throw a punch, at a proper MMA club where the trainers are professional fighters.

“It was really good cardio and got a lot of people out of their comfort zones—indeed a good workout and team strengthener” said Daniel, general manager of our China team.
