Baking Cakes and Taking Names

We had a fabulous time at our cake-baking team-building event last week! We worked together to make 5 delicious masterpieces that were quickly devoured after the obligatory insta-worthy pics were taken.

This activity encouraged us to work better together and learn more about one another (like who can bake (ahem, Tiffany!) and who can’t (ahem, Rochelle!), ultimately helping us translate teamwork to client service.
