Voicenet Solutions is a UK VoIP provider which offers advanced hosted voice over IP - VoIP solutions to UK businesses.

The Challenge

Voicenet Solutions wanted to develop an online quotation system which would allow their sales team or White Label business partners to generate quotations for Voicenet products or services. The price list would have to be dynamically updated depending on the quantity needs of the customer. Voicenet Solutions needed to have a standard system that would maintain quotation accuracy consistency all sales channels.

The Solution

The Egg designed a quotation system that allows both sales staff and business partners to generate very sophisticated quotations online. It saves huge amounts of time as all calculations are done for the user combining the correct products and services and then applying volume based discounts. On the final step of the process the "Terms and Conditions" and other elements that are required for a standard quote are combined with the quotation and a pdf file is ready to send to the client. Voicenet Solutions administrator can keep track of the quotation status in order to asses the sales pipeline performance.
