The Egg developed an Interactive application that would be installed on the network at each local office within Asia. Each new employee would have speedy access to the application and could "self study" over 5 hours of content including information on the company philosophy, history, video interviews with key staff around the region, case studies with award winning video and print from BBDO Global offices and of course the BBDO unique approach to advertising.
Every major corporation understands the need for internal branding but most struggle with exactly how to execute it. The decision by the agency to use an interactive approach made the content both compelling and very cost effective to deploy.
